How does MOVO AI create a PPT?
MOVO AI is not a simple prompt-to-slide generator. It gives you control over the result through three steps: outline planning, style selection, and slide generation.
Because you can adjust both the content and design direction at each step, the deck is not something you hand off entirely to AI. It is a workflow you build together with AI.
Step 1: Enter a prompt
You can start from the prompt box on the home screen.
Two ways to write a prompt
Option A — Start with a simple topic
"An IR deck for startup fundraising. 15 slides. Include problem, solution, market size, business model, and team."
Option B — Paste an existing document Paste a proposal, report, or paper abstract directly into MOVO. MOVO AI extracts the key points and restructures them into a slide outline.
The median prompt length among paid users is over 2,000 characters. The more specific you are, the closer the result gets to what you want.
Step 2: Edit the outline
After you submit a prompt, MOVO AI creates a slide outline.
Each outline item includes:
- Title: the slide heading
- Key points: the main message for the slide
- Slide type: cover, agenda, body, closing, and more
What you can do here
- Reorder slides with drag and drop
- Edit slide titles and key points directly
- Delete unnecessary slides or add new ones
Tip: the more carefully you refine the outline, the better the final slides become. This step is worth the time.
Step 3: Choose a style
Once the outline is ready, MOVO AI recommends design styles that fit your content.
Options
- Auto recommendation: AI recommends a style based on the outline
- Preset style: choose from ready-made styles such as Minimal, Modern, or Professional
- Custom style: describe the design direction in your own words

Step 4: Generate slides
When you confirm the outline and style, MOVO AI starts generating the deck.
The generated deck is not the final stop. You can continue editing every slide with:
- AI chat
- Direct text edits
- Layout and design adjustments
- PPTX/PDF export

Once the deck is generated, try refining it with AI chat. Small follow-up requests often make the biggest difference.
